Gemotions

Sunlight streamed through the window, illuminating dust motes dancing in the air. Sarah stretched, a slow, luxurious movement, and smiled. The smell of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, mingling with the scent of lavender from the nearby potpourri. Her cat, Clementine, purred contentedly on the windowsill. She'd chosen a day for a slow start.

"That concert was the best night ever," she said, leaning back in her chair, a wide smile on her face. "The crowd was insane."

Across the table, Emily chewed her lip thoughtfully. "Yeah, it was pretty good. But I swear, I remember it being really quiet. Everyone was just kind of… standing there, not really into it."

Sarah frowned. "Quiet? Emily, they were chanting the band's name for like, ten minutes. I got elbowed in the ribs multiple times. We almost got trampled."

Emily blinked. "Maybe we were at different shows?"
